thinkFree's (http://www.thinkfree.com)online word processor to create legal articles collaboratively. This word processor works pretty much exactly like word so once you get access it should be pretty easy to use.
For better or worse, legal writing is a bit different than everyday writing. Unless it's common knowledge, most things you say in legal writings require giving credit to the source. Lawyers want to have a citation after most sentences to ensure accuracy. So if you decide to change something in a draft, please cite to a relevant source.
